Glee Season 4 Scoop: Here’s One Couple That WON’T Break Up in Episode 4 — Exclusive

We already know that Thursday’s Glee Season 4, Episode 4: “The Break-Up,” is going to be the end of the line for many of our favorite couples. The future doesn’t look good for Klaine, Finchel, Wemma or Brittana — but now Wetpaint Entertainment has learned that at least one couple will be making it out of this whole debacle alive.

We spoke exclusively with Matthew Morrison (Will) at the Glee Season 4 premiere party, and he told us that, as of now, Will and Emma’s (Jayma Mays) wedding is still on. Of course, that doesn’t mean it will be smooth sailing for Wemma from here on out. But at least their relationship won’t be over for good by the end of this week.

So what arcs can we expect for Mr. Schuester this season?
Well, we’ve got Wemma living together now for the first time, cohabitating under one roof. It is a little insane. I don’t think it’s as easy as they thought it was going to be.

What are some of the issues they’re facing?
Well, I think he’s got a handle on all her OCDness. But I think they’re focusing so much time on the marriage, they’re not really figuring out what being a husband and a wife means to each other, the deeper issues of it all.

He’s already done it once, and not really in a great way…
Yeah, you’ve got some apprehensions about that as well. I didn’t think about that. I should have thought about that.

What has he learned from his first marriage?
Always go with her to the pregnancy test.

Episode 5 [editor’s note: this is the episode after “The Break-Up], you and Jayma, and Dot-Marie Jones (Coach Beiste). There’s a scene with the three of you that apparently is quite special.
Dot was kind of being a marriage counselor to us. She was kind of trying to get our love life on track again. Troubles in the bedroom. No, not at all. No.

So there’s a wedding date set. Is that something we’re going to hear about soon?
Yep.

Is that the Regionals of the season?
Oh, yeah. I think it kind of is, yeah. I’m not going to tell when the date is, but, it’s a date everyone knows. I think it’s going to be a great chance for everyone to come back together. It will bring New York people back here, and everyone will have one happy wedding.
